Data we process
The name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, product of interest and message you enter in the contact and quote forms; the page you sent the form from and the time it was sent.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your request, prepare a quote and contact you, on the basis of Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (processing directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. The site's hosting, database and security services, and the notifications sent to our team, are processed on our service providers' servers in Turkey and abroad. The Google Analytics data that measures how the site is used is processed on Google's servers outside Turkey; details are in the cookie policy. If you have an after-sales service request, your data may be shared with our group company Aktek Elektromekanik for that purpose only.
Retention
Once your request has been concluded, your data is kept for as long as legal obligations require and is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object. You can send your requests to [email protected].
