Manufacturing and R&D

What decides a heat pump's efficiency is the climate it is installed in. A unit that works well in the Marmara region loses capacity in Erzurum; in Antalya it should be chosen for the summer, not the winter. That is why we developed AD heat pumps not as a single series but as four climate series on the same body family.

A series for each climate

Poyraz is for standard winters, Boran for harsh winters, Vaha for mild coasts and Ayaz for extreme cold and high altitude. The series differ in the refrigerant circuit: the choice of refrigerant (R290, R32, or a cascade circuit in which R290 and R134a work one after the other), vapour injection and the use of an economiser. As a result, each series delivers its rated capacity at a different outdoor temperature.

Control board and software

The control board and software that run the heat pump's compressor, fan and expansion valve are developed by our own team. Remote monitoring, commissioning from the touch panel, fault alerts and energy-use tracking are part of this software. We use the same know-how to make control boards and driver boards for our OEM customers.

Adapted to the project

In large projects such as greenhouses, farms or housing developments, a standard model is sometimes not enough. Mega, our central-system heat pump, grew out of this need: it is sized to the capacity of each project. Share your project's specification and we will work out together which series can be adapted.
